Chillicothe Police Respond to 11 Incidents on July 12

CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — The Chillicothe Police Department responded to 11 reported incidents on Sunday, July 12, according to the department's daily media report.

Officers were first called at 10:33 a.m. to Tabernacle Baptist Church, 221 E. Main St., regarding a non-criminal complaint.

At 11:19 a.m., police responded to 138 Sycamore St. after receiving a disorderly conduct complaint. The investigation remains ongoing.

Just before 12:10 p.m., officers were dispatched to 103 Sherman Park for a criminal trespass complaint. The investigation continues.

At 1 p.m., police were called to 85 River Trace Lane on a report of theft. The case remains under investigation.

A second theft was reported at 2:37 p.m. at 90 N. Rose St. Officers responded and completed a report.

At 4:31 p.m., officers were dispatched to the Kroger store at 887 N. Bridge St. after a reported theft that had just occurred. The investigation remains active.

At 5:50 p.m., officers located and arrested Raymond Parker, who police said was wanted on an active warrant. The investigation is continuing.

Police also responded to an incident on North Paint Street at 6:31 p.m. that was determined to be a civil matter. No police report was required.

At 8:41 p.m., officers were dispatched to the hallway of the 100 block of E. Eighth Street following a report of a fight near 232 E. Eighth St. The incident was classified as disorderly conduct.

Just before 9 p.m., an officer stopped a vehicle on North Bridge Street that had been reported stolen. The investigation remains ongoing.

A final incident was logged at 9:57 p.m. on River Trace Lane. No additional information was included in the daily media report.
